Things I learned today:
Apparently along with every other made invented cause assigned to the month of November it’s also Nation Blog Post Month – a challenge to write a daily blog post every day this month. While I assume the “National” in NaBloPoMo refers to the USA, I’m am going to take of the challenge and try my best to write a post every day. Even if it’s really short and not so pithy.
As an adendum to my last post, I would like to extend a giant FU To the CRTC.
Re: Skype and Google Voice
Both services are prevented from offering Canadians incoming calls by the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission. CRTC rules require all phone providers to include enhanced 911, which enables emergency operators to automatically locate callers.

Apple have borrowed one or two ideas from the jailbreaking community in the past – the app icon rearranging functionality comes to mind, I’m sure there are others. I think many of the new features we’ll see in iPhone OS 4.0 will be based on functionality added by the community.
Don’t have time to fully explore these ideas in a blog post this morning, but here’s a breakdown of my ideas/wishlist. In order of probability.

Apple will not release a tablet. They will instead release something unexpected. My money is on AppleTV2, a new AppleTV that is actually a TV.
