iPhone 2.1 Firmware Actually Fixed Stuff

Go figure. 

  • Battery life is better. I haven’t had to charge my phone over night.
  • Keyboard and animations seem faster. 
  • My car adapter actually charges my phone again. 
  • I’m getting 1 more bar of 3G at home.

    I’m also quite impressed with 2.1 apps crash less, run smoother, and download faster.
    I haven’t noticed any difference in 3G reception because I’ve had great reception all along.

    I should’ve been a little less generous on the 3G. It’s always been good, I just was not getting consistent full reception in my apartment.
